On November 1, 2024, PT INACON Luhur Pertiwi celebrated its 36th anniversary. It has been a long journey filled with twists, challenges, and successes as a leading consulting firm in Indonesia.
The theme for this year is “Synergizing to Build a Stronger and Sustainable Future" which carries a broad meaning and high hopes.
Synergizing emphasizes the importance of collaboration among individuals, groups, or organizations to achieve common goals. Synergy means that the results achieved through this cooperation are greater than if each party were to work separately.
Building a future implies a focus on better development and planning for life ahead, addressing social, economic, and environmental aspects.
Stronger indicates hopes for resilience and strength in facing future challenges. This means creating systems and structures capable of enduring and thriving despite obstacles.
Sustainable underscores the importance of maintaining a balance between current needs and future viability. It relates to environmentally and socially friendly practices that consider not only short-term gains but also long-term impacts.
On this auspicious occasion, Mr. Amir, accompanied by the entire Board of Directors, launched the Company Regulations and Provisions in accordance with the Job Creation Law, aimed at providing legal certainty and welfare for INACON employees.
As reiterated by INACON's President Director, Mr. Amir Sartono, he reminded all employees of the meaning behind the name INACON Luhur Pertiwi, reflected in the INACON logo. It serves as a guiding principle in their work, emphasizing the high standards needed to achieve welfare on the land of Pertiwi (the Earth and all it encompasses).
INACON’s success is inseparable from the role of its founders and supporters, as well as the crucial contributions of all employees who have been at the forefront fulfilling their duties to achieve INACON’s vision and mission. The roles of local and international partners, along with funding institutions, are evident in INACON’s progress.
Mr. Amir emphasized that INACON will continue to uphold its commitment to technological development to enhance services and employee performance. As a leading company, INACON needs to maintain innovation and adapt to the latest trends and technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), demonstrating a commitment to sustainable business practices relevant to modern developments and global expectations.
Amid technological advancements, soft skills are becoming increasingly vital. Effective communication, collaboration, empathy, conflict management, emotional intelligence, adaptability, leadership, valuing others' opinions, open-mindedness, problem-solving, and time management form the foundation that strengthens teamwork and client relationships.
The development of soft skills is not limited to employees in specific positions but applies to all INACON staff. Daily interactions, the ability and courage to express opinions, creativity, empathy, and mutual support will sharpen these soft skills. This environment will foster a positive and productive workplace while building trust.
